First Pakistan Navy School for special students in a country where most disabled children are not part of the education system due to the high cost of private special education programs and the reluctance of the public school system to integrate their curriculum.

As Administrator, supervised academic affairs for children ages 5 to 13 with multiple disabilities.

Research and Assistantship:

As a part of the curriculum for the Masters program at San Jose State University my research project was directed to the “Perception and Expectation of Parents of children with Autism On Receiving Early Intervention”. The population included was primarily the parents of children with autism and was selected randomly from diverse cultural groups in the Greater Northern Bay Area. California, USA.

Participated in research projects, including one for determining the prevalence of disabilities and feasibility of setting up Home-based Educational Program and prenatal counselling.
Worked as a Job-Coach to help individuals find employment and become self-dependent with least supervision.
